Lively Technical Center is a Leon County Schools District school and provides workforce education certificate programs. Florida workforce education certificate programs are operated by the clock hour and are funded by the State of Florida Workforce Development Fund. Student tuition is assessed by the clock hour and the Florida Legislature, annually establishes tuition rates.

The current, 2007/2008 Aviation Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Technician tuition and fees are listed below:

The Aviation Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Technician Program operates 6 hours per day, 5 days per week, Monday - Friday.  Students may enroll in the Aviation Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Technician Program for one/three hour block or two/three hour blocks of instruction per day. The school calendar is established each year by the Leon County School Board.  Lively Technical Center operates on the quarter system
