DIY Kits for Your FAR/AIM

DIY Kits for Your FAR/AIM

Lively Aviation offers Do It Yourself Kits (DIY) for tabbing your FAR/AIM!

Our unique, color coded tabs and stickers are a great way of enhancing your studying efforts and making your FAR/AIM a quick referencing and professional looking FAR/AIM.

Included with every order is a How To video that shows you just how to do what we do!

Are you tired of those flimsy tabs on your FAR/AIM? I remember being so frustrated with those tabs! I wanted to have something that would tell me the reg before getting to the reg! Plus, aesthetically I did not like it at all. I'm slightly OCD so when we created the tabbed FAR/AIM we made sure to color code our tabs and stickers with the certificate or rating you are pursuing.

Don't believe me? Check out this excerpt from this article!

"According to a study at the University of British Columbia, certain colors can help with concentration and attention span, facilitating memory retention and learning. The study concluded that red and blue colors are the best for enhancing cognitive skills and improving brain function. Red was much better than blue as far as detail-oriented tasks and memory retention were concerned, by as much as 31%."

We happen to use RED for our instrument tabs and stickers, which for most is the hardest rating to achieve (it sure was for me). Our business was created because as I was going through instrument training, I was having a hard time with the regs. I created red labels to go with instrument regs and BOOM! It helped me pass my checkride and achieve what is arguably the most rewarding rating to have.

So color does in fact matter with your memory.

Our tabs will help you achieve your aviation dreams!

Blue skies and safe flying my friends.
